Representative of the Electricity Regulatory Authority of Vietnam, Vietnam Electricity (EVN) has officially announced the price of electricity production and trading in 2011.
EVN said that the commercial electricity output in 2011 reached 94.65 billion kWh, the rate of lost electricity on the system 9,23%, lower than the Project to reduce power loss in the period 2009 - 2012 was 9, 5% and lower than 10,151T1T power loss rate in 2010.
According to the Electricity Regulatory Authority, the inspection results showed that the total cost of electricity production and business in 2011 was 121,356 billion VND, corresponding to the 2011 electricity production and business cost of 1,282 VND / 1 kWh. In which, the total cost for the power generation stage is 93,557 billion dong, corresponding to the generation cost calculated at the commercial electricity price of 988 dong / 1 kWh. The total cost for the electricity transmission is 6,889 billion VND, corresponding to the transmission cost of commercial electricity is 73 VND / 1 kWh.
The cost of electricity distribution and retail is 20,409 billion VND, corresponding to the distribution - retail price of electricity at the commercial electricity price is 216 VND / 1kWh. In which, the cost for the supporting stage, the industry management, the electricity industry is 502 billion dong, corresponding to the cost of the auxiliary stage - industry management under commercial electricity is 5 dong / 1 kWh.
Because the average commercial electricity price in 2011 was 1,226 VND / 1 kWh and the electricity production cost was higher than 56 VND / kWh, the electricity business suffered a loss. If calculating the difference between the production cost and the electricity selling price, in 2011, EVN suffered a loss of 5,297 billion VND.
However, according to EVN, thanks to income from activities related to electricity production and trading, EVN's loss was reduced to 3,181 billion dong.
Thus, the total costs that have not been included in the cost of electricity production and trading as of December 31, 2011 is VND 26,733.53 billion, including the unallocated exchange rate as of December 31. / 2011 was VND 26,669.27 billion, unallocated rural low voltage grid reception cost was VND 64.26 billion.
According to EVN, the main reason leading to the loss of electricity production and trading in 2011 was: unfavorable hydrological developments in 2010, affecting the generation and supply of electricity for the dry months. In 2011, exchange rate fluctuations and fuel price fluctuations increase costs, due to the difficult situation of domestic production and business, reducing the demand for electricity in the whole system, leading to retail prices. actual performance is lower than planned.
To compensate for the above loss, EVN will step by step raise the average electricity selling price according to the market price, ensuring profitable business ...
